Fabiano Finamore

Fabiano Finamore is SMB Lead for Western Europe at Microsoft, where he drives the strategy for the SME segment. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked at companies such as Red Hat (IBM), Mastercard, Forcepoint, and Branca International. An expert in AI, digital transformation, and cybersecurity, he has held leadership roles in sales and innovation. Previously, he served as Division Director at Cegeka and Deputy CIO at Branca International. He holds a degree in Economics from Università Cattolica in Milan and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi. His mission is to accelerate the digitalization of the Italian business ecosystem and across the seven countries under his responsibility.
